If you include the full headers in the text file, MailAll.exe does not add ANY of its 
own headers.

Looking directly at the MBX file...the only thing added after passing the email to 
MailAll was Declude's headers these two from Imail:

Status: U
X-UIDL: 343878702

Have you tried reading those E-mails with several mail clients, or just 
Outlook?

If MailAll does let you send the E-mail headers (the MIME headers it will 
send without a problem), it could work.  But how would MailAll know that 
you had headers in there?  I'm guessing that you are reading the E-mail 
with Outlook, which allows for a lot of mistakes in E-mails that are not 
RFC-compliant.  If you view the E-mail in another mail client, I'm guessing 
it will appear as the raw E-mail rather than HTML.
