I set up Store and Forward for an IP address by...

BUT

The mail is not passed through declude.exe specified in the SMTP advanced
tab.

I can't see any way for the E-mail not to go through Declude.exe.

What makes you think that it is not going through Declude.exe?

The whole purpose of this exercise is to allow those clients of mine who
need to run their own mail services, can still take advantage of *my* mail
services, specifically my use of DECLUDE and MESSAGE SNIFFER.

Is anyone else doing this? Is it an impossible task? What am I doing
wrong?

It's very possible; lots of people are doing it.

The only catch as far as Declude is concerned is that this E-mail is treated as outgoing E-mail (since it is not stored locally). Declude Virus will scan such E-mail automatically, but with Declude JunkMail, you would either need to use the actions for outgoing E-mail, or set up a per-domain configuration file for the domain.
