I'm sorry, but this still isn't clear. You need to make sure to describe your problem unambiguously; IMail technically uses the term "virtual host," but "virtual domain" is used interchangeably. Are you talking about an IIS virtual domain, perchance? If so, it's definitely unrelated to your issue. Very important: do the NSLOOKUP as suggested and let us know your results.
