I thought of this but i really do not want the mail ever to get here 
and waste my time virus scanning and junk mail scanning if i can help 
it.

For this situation I've often created a mailbox for the address in
question, then set the max mailbox site to 1 byte, so it always
bounces with a mailbox full message.  There's probably a better way,
but this does work.
