The machine is a Compaq Proliant 1600 with a PII/266 and 384 Megs of RAM. It's got two 9.1 gig SCSI drives. Running NT 4.0 Server with SP6a installed. The machine is really not running anything but Imail (and PC Anywhere 8.0 so I can access it remotely).
Yes, one of the two users does have some sizable message folders. He's got approimately 25 folders most of which only have a few dozen messages, but one or two have a couple of thousand. Both he and I are using Mulberry 3.0.2 as the IMAP client.
As I mentioned in an earlier post, I will soon be bringing another 50 or so users from Mercury/32. Once that is complete, I can uninstall Mercury/32 and move Imail over to that box which is a Compaq 6500 with 4 Xeon 450's and 1.3 gigs of RAM.
Still, I'm concerned that since I subscribed to this list about a week ago, I've seen several posts about CPU maxouts.
Sincerely,
Michael Keen
