Is it in any case possible to have a certain domain ( so not the entire server ) running on a different port (not 25 )
But to be honest, this is an issue that imail should be able to handle itself.
I can't imagine that this would be possible.
However, I also can't imagine a situation where it would be necessary. Perhaps if you explain what you are trying to accomplish, someone might be able to come up with a solution?
