Can anyone tell me why this email was undeliverable?

No.

My net admin is out of town....here is a log snippet and a part of the undeliverable message.

03:19 15:16 SMTP-(00000E1C) >MAIL FROM:<<mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
03:19 15:16 SMTP-(00000E1C) 250 OK
03:19 15:16 SMTP-(00000E1C) >RCPT To:<<mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

The problem is that we need to see the log file entries after this (any that include "00000E1C" that appear after these three). That's where the rejection message would occur.

Given that the E-mail got as far as it did, and their mailservers do accept mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED], they most likely are preventing your E-mail because of the spam databases you are in (mainly ORDB and OSRELAY). But with the log file entries after the above ones, it should be easier to tell for sure.
