I disagree on that statement totally.  Passwords should not be accessable by
anyone.  Certain people with sufficient rights on the server should be able
to change them, but that is it.  Leaving the passwords open for people to
see on the server is a BIG security issue.  If you're a small business, with
1 or 2 people who have exclusive access to the server, that's one thing.  If
you're bigger, and have a support team of people, that's where your security
risk comes into play.

Ipswitch needs to have this ability. I do not understand why the
administrator dose not have the ability to see what the passwords are. I
should never have to go and change a password because the customer did not
remember it. This should be common support and we should not have to pay for
programs to extract passwords from the registry.
