I am still trying to understand what is happening to my bounced emails:

If the server log says:

03:14 08:07 SMTP-(00000484) 250 OK
03:14 08:07 SMTP-(00000484) rdeliver aol.com [EMAIL PROTECTED] (1)
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> 6672
03:14 08:07 SMTP-(00000484) >QUIT
03:14 08:07 SMTP-(00000484) 221 SERVICE CLOSING CHANNEL
03:14 08:07 SMTP-(00000484) finished D:\IMail\spool\Qe23407a.SMD status=1

Then wasn't the email delivered?

If so, why do I get an email reply that says:

... while talking to air-xa03.mail.aol.com.:
>>> RCPT To:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
<<< 550 MAILBOX NOT FOUND
550 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>... User unknown

I just thought that if the user was unknown, then I should have the '550'
error in my logs with the message not being delivered at all.

Thanks
