Roger, Does 'not receive' mean that messages sent to those users bounce? If so, does local to local mail work? Or, does it mean messages get to the accounts, but they can't retrieve the messages? If so, what error message(s) do the clients receive when they try to download their mail? Also, what type of connection between client and server? POP3 or IMAP4? Are there any client or server logs you can send?
