Hey Jordan, Sorry to hear that you have the Symantec VPN 200R. We had one of those and it was a huge piece of s**t. The tech support (if you can call it that) was truly horrible. I have swore off Symantec because of the 200R. Maybe somebody else has had better luck with one.
Have you done the firmware upgrade to the appliance? Ours worked for about three months and then it started having the same problems you are experiencing, finally replaced it. Good luck.
