Yea actually what happened was IMAIL 8.0 was catching valid leads from our
company. Needless to say this went unseen for a month. 2400 leads were lost
because the Anti-Spam thought that words in the leads were spam. I can only
blame myself, but I do suggest the Anti-Spam be off by default.

In turn yes, the root-bulk mailbox was full with 1800 leads and spam =P

Sounds more like you've exceeded 'Maximum Mailbox Messages,' a setting best
left quite high for the account that, by default, receives Postmaster
messages.
