Yea actually what happened was IMAIL 8.0 was catching valid leads from our company. Needless to say this went unseen for a month. 2400 leads were lost because the Anti-Spam thought that words in the leads were spam. I can only blame myself, but I do suggest the Anti-Spam be off by default.
In turn yes, the root-bulk mailbox was full with 1800 leads and spam =P -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Sanford Whiteman Sent: Thursday, May 29, 2003 9:04 PM To: Cory Subject: Re: [IMail Forum] root mail.domain.com too many messages > I'm thinking IMAIL is detecting an email message with tons of > addresses within the header and is rejecting the email. Sounds more like you've exceeded 'Maximum Mailbox Messages,' a setting best left quite high for the account that, by default, receives Postmaster messages. -Sandy ------------------------------------ Sanford Whiteman, Chief Technologist Broadleaf Systems, a division of Cypress Integrated Systems, Inc. e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ------------------------------------ To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/ To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
