Well, it's a standard setting to delete after download.
We've seen that only bigger messages has the problem to create 10054
send errors. I assume because smaller messages doesn't require enough
download-time to create the timeout.

I've made several tests with different OS, AV installed/disinstalled, AV
enabled/disabled, different AV-engines, different locations, different
ISDN-modems/routers, different firewalls, in any case the same problem.
"10054 send error"

*aaaaaarrgggghhh!!!!!*

The frustrating problem here is: I can't switch some value, registry
key, ore something else on the server to find out if this causes the
problem. The only thing I can do: transfer the mailbox of 64k-users to
another mail server.

As an ISP I doesn't know the connection type of any client. So in most
cases I can react only after the problem occurs at least one time and
they call our support line. At this point the message is already in the
Imail-mailbox and I have no possibility to transfer this message from
our server to the clients computer. Should I ask the our customer:
"Well, as I can see here this message seems not to be so important,
maybe the best solution is to delete it" ????

Imail works very good, specialy in combination with the declude
products. The 10054 errors seems to me a very basic and very significant
ERROR, because ANY time it occurs we was not able to offer a functional
service to our customer.

Can someone offer 5 minutes of his work time to count todays "send
error" lines on his system? I'm sure there are a lot of them!
