Lets's assume that that 1 GB received (envelope + DATA) is proportional to the GB rejected. That would mean roughly 3 GB was rejected at the envelope stage, essentially keeping 3 GB off his WAN link.
3 GB x 30 days = 90 GB saved / month.
IIRC, a T1 running at 100% capacity has about 350 GB / month, but useable capacity is about 50% of theoretical. so a T-1 is effectively 175 GB /month.
Meaning that IMGate bandwidth savings of 100GB / month for this ISP is over 50% the bandwidth of a T-1, or bandwidth savings of about $300 to $400 in MRC.
