I've done this one as well, but Outlook continues to lock up.

It has to be the way it interacts with Imail's LDAP, as I tried using an archived suggestion from Sandy of accessing the University of Michigan's LDAP, and Outlook worked fine.

No wonder I set my student email access to Netscape instead of Outlook...

Well, I've searched the archives, tried all the suggestions, yet I can't get LDAP (Imail v8.0) to work with Outlook 2002. Every time I try to access the address book, Outlook locks up, and it requires the task manager to clear it. I have been able to duplicate this problem on both Win XP Pro and Win 98 platforms. I have been using LDAP fine for years with all of our Netscape users, and have only just now had an Outlook user ask to use it.

I'm sure this has all been discussed at length, but I just can't find the reference. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks to all!!

Rick
