Our email domain is sharpcom.com. There is a company who has tried to email
us several times over the past couple of months, from various email
addresses within their company. The mail gets returned to them with the
below information. (this is just one example that they had from one
message.)
One of their users that is trying to send is [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Their mail service provider is Neon City.
They are not blocked in our mail server in any way.
Could you please take a look at the below transcript and see if there is any
help you might be able to provide me?
