Our email domain is sharpcom.com. There is a company who has tried to email us several times over the past couple of months, from various email addresses within their company.
http://www.DNSreport.com/tools/[EMAIL PROTECTED] doesn't report any problems with mail going to @sharpcom.com.

I'm guessing there is a problem on their end. However, you could try looking at your SMTP log files at around the time that E-mail delivery was attempted, to see if there are any signs of problems in the log file.
