ROFL! that's funny....... Given all the opinions voiced on this subject all day has really gotten this place steamed a bit. I use AOL, thanks to my wife, and I still get a box full of junk daily, so I don't see reduction. But that's me. As for where I work, an ISP, we go with what our users want. If enough wish mail from X blocked, it will be. I try to have everything weighted so counter weights can be assigned for those that ARE legit. We make our users aware that while we try to give the best spam blocking, some legit content may be blocked, all they have to do is mail us the problem, I'll look at the logs and find what I need to do to fix it so they get the mail. Granted, a small userbase such as ours this is easier than say, AOL, however, even a place like AOL ought to listen to users that complain about not getting mail they're paying you as a provider to be able to get. my .02 Paul --- [This E-mail scanned for viruses by Declude Virus] To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
