Yeah, but your rule goes more like this analogy:

Mail bombs are generally dropped off in the mail drops provided by the
USPS
and are not sent from homes. So, all mail dropped off in such a mail
drop
will be ignored. Only mail from a person's residence will be picked up
for
delivery. We will, of course, still leave those mail drops out there,
just
no longer service them.
