If you really have an Imail performance problem now, adding content-scanning will make the problem worse, perhaps much worse (esp if just the increment of relay settings screw up your machine)
and/or imgate.
IMGate will certainly offload a lot from your machine, and probably enable the machine enough to accept Declude/Sniffer's additional processing.
