Title: Connection Reset

Over the last couple of days we have been unable to send mail to one mail server. I have looked at the logs and everything is sending Ok to everyone except this one domain which happens to be our sister company in Australia yet their admin refuses to believe it is their problem. Here is a copy of the log transaction. Can anyone add any light on this?
