What does this mean? Is this the problem or is it something else. The mail does not seem like it ever leaves our severs Here is a response from a RR account

That's nothing, unfortunately, since IMail doesn't include the reason for the bounce in the bounce message. You have to look at the log file, which says things like "550 You sent us spam and are no longer welcome here" or "421 Service Unavailable", which can be used to determine the problem.
