Hello, Rod, I don't know what Ameritech's Terms of Service say. I've never seen them.
All I know is that they have 2 levels of business class DSL service. One that has a static IP address and one that has a dynamic IP address. From what I understand the static IP costs substantially more then the dynamic so we don't have one at this time.
