One user repeatedly receives full mailbox notifications, despite having only 3Mb or his permitted 20Mb. He is an administrator for his own domain, if that counts. The trigger for the notification is 85% and a custom notify.txt is in use. In desparation I've turned off notification for his domain, but I'd rather fix it!
