[IMail Forum] Getting a bounce error no mail delivered

When our clients attempt to send to one certain system they get a user unknown error the log file is as follows 550 Mail from cconnect.net rejected because it does not accept bounces. This violates RFC 821/2505/2821 http://www.rfc-ignorant.org/   I am new to Imail is there a setting I am missing I did a search of the manual and can’t find an answer   Any help is greatly appreciated
