You could always 'upgrade' when you buy to the Professional edition for a
bit more, but from what this originally came about from was someone looking
to upgrade from Win95, who obviously isn't doing anything that WinXp home
couldn't do. I do agree that you should go with Professional for 'future
proofing', but if you don't need the features how much is future proofing
worth? Here are a couple links and a quote about the differences for the
list's information.

"What's the bottom line? If you need domain membership and group policy,
improved security through IPSec or EFS, or granular protection of shared
folders, Windows XP Professional is the solution. If not, you can take
advantage of the other new features and streamlined interface provided by
Home Edition. At a difference of $100 a seat, you might save a bundle on
your next deployment. " from

Nathan: Sorry, try again. XP Home has no place in a business.
