Not true. If it is a business that does not use domains then it is fine. The
difference between Home and Pro is domain support. There is no reason to buy
the more expensive thing if you have no need for domains.

It would seem they probably do use domains though if this is such a big
company. In that case Dell's website lets you order XP Pro as an option for
the difference in cost from Home -> Pro.
