There are solutions available within IMAIL's framework. You could, for instance, employ the copy all account and use a program alias to a program. If you use declude you could use a filter. If you don't use declude then you could use the Imail hook yourself. There are probably other ways to do it as well. But certainly any of those three would work. However, I think you wanted an IMAIL rule to do this and I think you also wanted it simple. Such a solution is not obvious to me at this point.
