We currently run IMail 5.0 and we are having problems with headers being wrapped. In other words, if IMail thinks a header is too long it will wrap them with a newline. Obviously for strict mail clients this causes problems as the client will not download the message. Does anyone know if this has been fixed?

Although frowned upon, a mail server is allowed to wrap headers (called "folding"). Just so long as the second (and subsequent) lines start with a space or tab, there is no problem. For example:
From: "R. Scott Perry"
<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Subject: Test-Scott
---
