Md.aaos.org and www2.aaos.org are having the problem, but only from
certain sites. For example sending from hotmail to those servers works
flawlessly. Yahoo, aol and ameritech.net (which really is Yahoo) do not
work.

Thanks

What domain is having the problem? aaos.org? That domain only has 1 MX

record (info.aaos.org), so no mailserver should send mail to the other
two. If they do, those mailservers should not accept the E-mail.
