X-IMAIL-SPAM-VALHELO: The message failed the HELO/EHLO domain validation
That explains why I get a email with the below sent to my abuse account.

Can I simply add the domain to the white list??? (a graphic design client, already contacted their email admin that said "what is DNS" ;)
