Set the Exchange server to host a unique domain, exchange.example.com,
and    have    IMail    alias   all   relevant   [EMAIL PROTECTED]   to
[EMAIL PROTECTED], using the HOSTS file for quickest routing.

Automated routing is possible between IMail servers using peering, but
I  suspect  you  don't  want  to  open  up  the  can  of worms that is
multi-platform undirectional peering, given your small userbase.
