Neither does the approach that Scott is taking.  My approach with Ispwitch
has also been with a better attitude, but this kind of response from
Ipswitch is a delay tactic or at the very least a "Crap, I don't
know.....tell him to upgrade." tactic.  This is not the heart of the issue.
Period.

If you would read the posts from the past couple of days , perhaps you would
be better informed on the number of users and messages as well and the sizes
of the mailboxes.
