Subject: [IMail Forum] SMTP Connection Question

I am running 7.15 with Win2K.  I have a someone who is wandering why his email is not getting deleivered from a dial-up user account to one of my users.  It seems (his explanation) when he sends plain text email it arrives and when he sends an attachment it doesn’t.  I looked through the log and I can see where this user send successfully to my user (showed ldeilvers)  However, I also see (about a dozen) where the SMTP session is being setup in that I see a HELO, then a MAIL FROM then a RCPT TO and that is it, no further lines for these sessions.  What happens right after the MAIL FROM?  I am pretty sure this is when the DATA is presented to IMail.  I looked in the Kill List and have nothing there for this (otherwise all email blocked).  I am running Declude and saw nothing in Virus nor JunkMail logs.  Thanks for any aid.

Keith
