Just my 2cents - I have dealt with CDW since 1992, and have had nothing but excellent service each and everytime. There were a couple of glitches every now and then (noone is perfect) but the rep that handled my order always went out of his way to correct it.
To this day, I still confidently buy from CDW without a moment's thought.. I don;t remember if it came by UPS or FedEx, but it had the key we needed to download and install v8 from IPswitch website, and saved us some $$ too. I think I'd request a new CDW rep. Maybe call or email the sales manager and have them look into it too. > Just in case anyone is contemplating purchasing IPSwitch product > through CDW, let me detail what I have been going through with them: > > July 18 - I go online and purchase IMail Pro service agreement renewal > for $349.88 through CDW's web site.
