I cannot PING, TRACERT (http://www.traceroute.org) and TELNET to Port 25 on
any of the 3 MX IPs or hostnames
Still it RECEIVES EMAIL, so how is it working? anyone

There are cases where network admins remove access to ICMP packets, which means that you can't ping or tracert (but may be able to traceroute on Unix) the IP.

However, if you cannot telnet from your mailserver to port 25 on an IP, it will be impossible for your mailserver to send mail to that IP.

If you cannot telnet to their port 25, they are probably blocking you for some reason. That seems to be the cool things these days -- outright blocking of IPs that aren't sending spam. It doesn't make sense to me, but it does to some people.
