Travis - try sending Email to the account, check with login pass i gave and you can see it gets mail..litte slow to show up but it gets it..so how :)
http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/[EMAIL PROTECTED] shows what everyone else is seeing -- connections can be made, but only sometimes (when I went to that URL, I got timeouts on 2 of the 3 servers; the other would have accepted the E-mail).
So it seems to be just another Hotmail, Yahoo, etc. that has lots of users and overloaded servers.
