Excuse the dumb question…
I am researching an issue as to where a user claims they did not receive an email.
Looking in my imail smtp logs, I see the ldeliver line signifying that the mail was delivered to the user's mailbox on the server.
Now, what do I look for to "prove" that his client on his local machine (Outlook) connected to my mail server and downloaded his message?
I know, I should really know this, perhaps I'm just braindead, forgive me in advance.
