First, explain what you are trying to do. Do you want a backup MX record for when your primary mail server is not reachable, or do you want a backup server that can jump in and take over all the services of Imail if your primary goes down?
If you are only looking for a backup MX, the easiest way is using IIS Virtual SMTP on a different server.
