There are other things that can be causing this besides corrupt imail registry settings.
Like william said we need more information if we are to help you? What have you done to diagnose this issue? What version are you running? What do the logs say? Whthout this info all I can suggest is the following. Have you stoped the monitor service to see if mail is sent out? Have you rebooted the machine to see if mail starts again?
