1. Read the Archives. This has been discussed extensively recently on this
list.
2. Get an AV software to scan incoming and outgoing messages for Viruses. I
could recommend an Excellent product, but some have expressed a desire to
not see any mention of solutions not from Ipswitch.
3. Read the manual on how to set up Imail Rules. The KB article you posted
is a specific one. The manual explains the details behind rules in general.

All our customers are receiving around 100 email with virus everyday, we
know that the virus is

but only version 8.02 and our have Imail server is 7.x. I think that problem
