I'm have problems with email being caught as spam. They are all coming from hotmail accounts. Could one of the blacklist cause this or should I be looking more closely to the phrase and content filters? Any help would be great.
The FIVETENIGNORE and one of the other FIVETEN tests will block places like Hotmail at times. That could be causing it.
Of course, the best answer to your question is to look at the log files and see exactly why it was caught. :)
