I am also experiencing the same symptom. As you can see from the content of the header that I included here, these emails are getting caught by the URL black list, with the phrase "g.msn.co".
(at least the ones that I looked at.)

I did a search in the body of the message and the header of the email for this _expression_, but the only one I found was just the spam filter reference itself.
Why are these legitimate emails from a hotmail account are being caught?
The line "g.msn.com" is included in the file "url-domain-bl.txt", but how or why Imail spamfilter associates these email with this url address?

Geza

I'm have problems with email being caught as spam.  They are all coming from
hotmail accounts.  Could one of the blacklist cause this or should I be
looking more closely to the phrase and content filters?  Any help would be
great.
