How long it runs depends on how many mailboxes you have on your system.  All it is doing is opening the mailboxes which automatically converts them to V7 format.  If you close convert the mailboxes will be converted as needed.  Converting the mailboxes now will save cpu time later, that's all.   Tripp   ----- Original Message ----- From: Kris McElroy To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, August 28, 2003 2:16 PM Subject: [IMail Forum] Convert.exe I just installed imail 7.14 on my server that was running 6.06.  When it rebooted it began running convert.exe, it has been running for about 45 minutes.  How long does this take to run in most cases?  Or should I just close the thing out?     Kris
