Does anyone know if an bug existed with Imail server 7.0 email filters? I have applied very simple rules yet mail is disappearing and some is being triggered into the spambox. The mail that is being sent to the spambox, which shouldn't be, has absolutely nothing in it that corresponds to the filter rules. Help!

The first question I would ask is if you understand how filters work (many people do not)? For example, if you filter on "sex", it will catch "Nasty sex site", but it will also catch "Pat's friend is of the opposite sex" (a "good" use of the word), "He lives in Essex county" (embedded in another word), and lots of attachments (often the encoded version of the attachment would have a random 3-letter combination in it).
