So, anyone have any idea how to enable HELO/ELHO when the MIS people at the other place don't care their routing/dns is bad and this very powerful tool cannot be used because of arrogance of the sender's MIS?
What I would do in this case is add an A record for batl0s04.cbi.cox.com in your HOSTS file (or your DNS server). That way, IMail will see the bogus HELO/EHLO as being good.
