Using web interface, he tries to send attachments, but after choosing the file through Browse and then pressing "Attach", the page goes and returnes and the "No files attached " is still there; and the file has not been attached to the message. I have tried his account myself and I found that no files appear in the attachment list after pressing "Attach", whatever the type and size of the file being attached.
