Going from 7.13 to 8.03 will require an update of the templates as well to get all the functionality including attachments...pleas up grade them...you can install the current templates to a "new" directory and there will be a document about the changes..

Hi Eric,
I have searched the knowledge base, and it said what you said, and I found the .tmp file in his directory; and i have removed it. But IPSwitch said that has ended with version 8.x and I'm runinng IMail 8.3 but I'm using my own customized template which I have customized using IMail 7.3 template as the basis.
Is this the reason that the update to IMail 8.3 has not fixed this problem in my web template?

Thanks in advance

Subject: [IMail Forum] Attachment Problem

Hi All,
One of our clients compolians from a strange problem. Using web interface, he tries to send attachments, but after choosing the file through Browse and then pressing "Attach", the page goes and returnes and the "No files attached " is still there; and the file has not been attached to the message.
I have tried his account myself and I found that no files appear in the attachment list after pressing "Attach", whatever the type and size of the file being attached.
I have tried also another accounts from his domain and from other domains and every thing is ok.
So, can any one help me in this problem???

Thanks in advance
