[IMail Forum] Webshield SMTP and iMail

Everyone,   I was wondering if anyone had run into this problem before.  I tried searching the archives, and didn't find anything that would help.   I run iMail 5 in conjunction with Network Associates Webshield for SMTP. I am now having a weird problem where certain emails from just a few addresses are being bounced. I cannot come up with a pattern to this, we are an ISP and it happens for certain customers, but only to certain addresses.   I opened an issue with Network Associates, which claim it has something to do with the combination of Microsoft DNS and non-RFC complaint email addresses.   They are having me try a variety of options to get around this, but this is dragging onwards. If anyone has any experience with this problem, let me know if there is a way to fix it.  My problem is that my upgrade is still about six months away.   Please email me at [EMAIL PROTECTED]     James Smart
