First, what type of database are you using, IMail's database?  If so, then 
the users are stored in the registry.  If you are using some sort of 
external database, you'll need to export that from the old setup, then move 
it to the new setup.  You will also need to move the users data/mailboxes 
to the new setup, as well as any aliases, etc.
