Ashley,

TO archive lists there are two roll your own solutions. One is Mhonarc, and
the other is custome created script to extract the messages from the list
into a db.

Mhonarc is a perl program that creates html pages for each message and
threads. I used it before buying some source, and setting up archives for
numerous busy lists that are stored into a SQL db.

Hope this helps, and sorry for the delay on getting back.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Creating Archives and stripping HTML

Hello All,

I belong to a motorcycle related Imail list and the owner of the list
does not seem to know much about the Imail software so I thought I would
try to help him. I am very familiar with Mailman on Linux but not with
Imail on Windows.

Is there anyway to strip HTML from messages sent to a list?

Is there any way to archive Imail lists without using a third party site
such as http://www.mail-archive.com?

Thanks,

Ashley Horn
